Aromatherapy and what it means to me.
Aromatherapy is smells and scents that make you feel good. It helps promote good health. I just started into Aromatherapy and just completed a basic Aromatherapy course with Sandra Topper, Certified Reflexologist & Aromatherapist. Sandra has been an inspiration to me. She has been working out of her home for the last couple of years and now has opened up a shop, called The Natural Nut in Bowmanville, Ontario, and as well trademarked her own product line of essential oil products named "Natural Sense". In the course we studied 15 essential oils, essentials oils are derived from the life force of the plant such as seeds, grass, petals, leaves-stems, roots, resin, wood-bark, flowers and fruit. The 15 we studied are:
